Requirements

  • Seeking a candidate with a strong development background plus experience in the Payroll domain or hands-on AI agent development

Responsibilities

  • As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyse and integrate external customer specifications.
  • Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture.
  • Build new products and development tools.
  • Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.
  • Review integration and regression test plans created by QA.
  • Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Contribute to the Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architecture , ensuring it aligns with the Oracle's overall next-gen strategy and facilitates scalability and performance.
  • Lead the integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems, cloud solutions, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various Fusion HCM modules to identify integration needs and architect solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in BOSS, VBCS and Spectra architecture methodologies, policies, and procedures within the team and across the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the HCM team, including architects and developers fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion application developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation in supply chain management.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
