This role is critical in designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions that can impact the health outcomes of millions. Your expertise will help mentor project teams and drive decisions within the Enterprise Architecture, enabling seamless data delivery and application performance. Furthermore, your leadership will aid in the tactical execution of application upgrades and the establishment of best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 6 â 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Java or Go
- Experience with React, AWS, CI/CD, and Automation
- Strong design experience
Responsibilities
- Leads project teams focused on the development of application products and services delivery and provides technical mentorship
- Leads teams in the technical design of application solutions using expert knowledge of how multiple products and services work together
- Articulates application-usage best practices based on understanding of multiple technology solutions
- Drives tier 3 application support activities including assessment and execution of application upgrades and patches
- Mentors operational teams to construct testing and implementation strategies
- Facilitates people management and resourcing, defining roles and responsibilities
