Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
  • Strong expertise in growth analytics techniques, including attribution, customer lifetime value, ROI modeling, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to design and interpret experiments and growth measurement frameworks (incrementality, geo-lift, MMM).
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau, etc.).
  • Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical storytelling skills, with the ability to influence C-level decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics efforts for one of the largest acquisition channels, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop frameworks for measuring growth, including attribution, ROI, lifetime value, and segmentation analyses.
  • Design, execute, and interpret quantitative experiments, incrementality tests, and geo-lift studies.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineering to expand data capabilities, accelerate insights, and improve infrastructure supporting acquisition and retention.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations that guide decision-making.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering skill development and analytical excellence.
