About The Position

Provides leadership in the evaluation of strategic objectives, formulation of strategic direction, and influences decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics. Plans, organizes, and develops recommendations grounded in deep understanding of the business, industry & market trends, consumer behavior, customer segments, and competitive strategy. Predicts changes in the current market and summarizes insights from proprietary and third-party data & information to create distinctive insights. Develops and implements complex business analyses, manages business case development, and business-at-risk assessments. Develops research methodologies to understand key strategic issues, identifies data sources (internal and external) and develops complex opportunity models using statistical and BI tools. Develops strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios using strategic thinking and decision science analysis. Provides a point of view on key strategic issues across major dimensions of the business – commercial, operations, customer segments, technology etc. Engages with leadership teams / key stakeholders on identified priorities supported with clear fact-based recommendations and provides actionable insights to leadership teams to recommend course of action. Provides thought leadership to cross-functional teams working on strategic initiatives and acts as an internal consultant to senior management. Takes responsibilities to manage external consulting engagements with industry experts and takes on coaching and mentoring roles. This is a Departmental Posting. The Opportunity: In a new and emerging market, a powerful and consistent narrative is our greatest strategic asset. As the Communications Principal for Growth Enablement, you will be the chief storyteller and message-crafter for our new commercial efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with a world-class narrative and the materials to deliver it flawlessly. Your Mission: Your mission is to weaponize our narrative. You will translate our complex value proposition into clear, compelling, and consistent messaging, and then embed that messaging into the tools and training our team uses to engage strategic pilot partners.

Requirements

  • You have 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, product marketing, or sales enablement, with a focus on enterprise B2B messaging.
  • You are an exceptional writer and storyteller, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create world-class pitch decks and strategic narratives.
  • You are a master of simplification, able to distill complex information into clear, memorable, and impactful messages.
  • You are highly strategic and skilled at working with senior executives to align on messaging and drive a consistent story.
  • You are a proactive and influential leader who can inspire confidence and drive excellence across the team.
  • A Master's degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study with five (5) years related work experience. Or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study with seven plus (7+) years related work experience.
  • Work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, and industry analysis, market research, analysis of product performance, and support of corporate development / strategic value assessment activities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technology trends on business.
  • An advanced degree may offset experience requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, problem structuring & problem-solving skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills [including experience in databases, Business Intelligence tools, MS Office products and data modeling].
  • Strong human relations skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead strategist for all messaging related to our commercial pilot program.
  • Develop and own the master narrative, including the core customer pitch deck, solution one-pagers, and competitive positioning documents.
  • Partner with senior leadership to craft the story for executive-level presentations and internal communications.
  • Transform technical product features into benefit-driven value propositions that resonate with an enterprise audience.
  • Lead the creation of high-stakes enablement materials, ensuring a consistent and premium feel across all assets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the Commercial Partnerships team on messaging and presentation skills.
