We are seeking a Principal Analyst, eCommerce to elevate the performance, measurement, and optimization of our global eCommerce ecosystem. You will partner closely with stakeholders, shape data-driven decision-making, and oversee our end-to-end analytics implementation. This role reports to Manager, Global Digital Optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and BigQuery, Looker Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, attribution modeling, and digital marketing measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into analytics priorities and reporting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making
  • Own reporting and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and compelling presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, marketing, product, and UX/UI.
  • Analyze data from multiple digital channels and sites to provide actionable insights that improve e-commerce performance.
  • Support and maintain client-side tracking and assist with server-side tracking initiatives to ensure accurate data capture.
  • Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to drive digital growth.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and ecommerce teams to ensure robust tagging and tracking implementation.
