Principal Analog IC Design Engineer The Automated Test Equipment(ATE) group is searching for an experienced Analog/Mixed -Signal IC Design Engineer based in Wilmington MA who will be responsible for designing high accuracy Device Power Supply and V/I circuits used in IC Testers.

Requirements

  • BSEE and 10+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design experience
  • Understanding of semiconductor device physics and processing
  • Experience with IC product life cycles
  • Ability to work with large multi-disciplined teams
  • Familiarity with lab equipment
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and thorough
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.

Responsibilities

  • System level design and simulation of complex high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal IC’s
  • Transistor level design and simulation of high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal IC’s
  • Oversee transistor level to die level Analog Layout
  • Troubleshoot complex integrated circuits in the lab
  • Interface with Applications, Product and Test Engineers to bring products from conception through release
  • Provide application support to customers
