Were seeking a senior educator - a professor or retired professor in education, pedagogy, or learning sciences—to serve as a trusted advisor and public intellectual ally. This is not an operational role. Its not a heavy time commitment. It is a chance to shape how governments understand what AI-powered education should be. Incept Labs (www.inceptlabs.ai) is building something fundamentally new: AI-native public education systems designed for entire countries, not pilot programs or classrooms. Our platforms continuously adapt to individual learners while respecting national curricula, languages, and cultural values. One country is already live, with two more in progress. The technology is there. The government interest is there. What unlocks momentum is educational credibility in the room. You are there to anchor the conversation in educational legitimacy—to elevate the dialogue from Can this work? to This is how public education evolves.

Responsibilities

Join select customer and government calls as an educational advisor
Reinforce pedagogical soundness, learning science, and long-term outcomes
Help decision-makers feel confident that Incepts approach is educationally serious, not just technically impressive
Offer occasional strategic guidance via short calls or email
Make targeted introductions when appropriate
Speak with authority
Ask the right questions
Signal to governments that this approach aligns with decades of learning science—not hype cycles
