About The Position

As part of the Learning & Development team you will work closely with business leaders and HR staff to consult, design, develop, deliver, manage and analyze learning experiences for associates. You will play a critical role in making sure our learning experiences are designed with user and business objectives in mind. We are looking to add a talented individual to our team to help us manage our growing portfolio of learning programs and events! In this role you will create and communicate the product vision for the learning technology you own. You will be responsible for working from the customer backwards to make sure the product provides the optimal user experience. You will partner with vendors, HR Tech, business leaders, and learning stakeholders from across the organization to manage the product backlog and feature requests. In addition, the Associate who fills this role should have a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Training Design or at least 2 years of experience in Development Delivery or a combination
  • At least 2 years of experience in client consulting
  • At least 1 year of experience in Project or Program Management or a combination

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in Training Design and Development Delivery
  • 3+ years of experience in client consulting
  • 2+ years of experience in project management

Responsibilities

  • Consulting: Work with business clients to determine training and performance management needs.
  • Identify and report the impacts of initiatives on overall performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with diverse teams to develop and implement learning strategies to the extended enterprise.
  • Report and evaluate training programs
  • Effective project/organization management, able to see strategic pictures and prioritize independently.
  • Autonomously solve problems through critical thinking and implementing through resolution.
  • Strong customer focus, anticipating customer needs and partnering to make decisions that have a positive impact
