Primary Purpose Exelon is currently engaged in a program to implement an Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Management system across Finance, Accounts Payable and Work Planning and Tracking functions. This project will retire several existing systems, bringing them into a hybrid-cloud based Oracle ERP environment. An integral component of this effort is ensuring users understand the changes that are coming and they are supported through their change journey. The role of the Change Management Process Area Lead will be to effectively support the framework used to proactively plan and manage the steps that need to occur to ensure the business impacted by the upcoming changes will be ready. This position is responsible for contributing to and supporting the design and implementation of change deliverables for their respective process area in support of change plans, communications and stakeholder engagement, feedback management and all aspects of training. Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This position must sit in our Oakbrook Terrace - IL, Chicago - IL, Baltimore - MD, Philadelphia - PA, Washington - DC or Newark - DE office. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
