About The Position
Excelsior Orthopaedics is seeking a Sports Medicine Physician specializing in the comprehensive, non-surgical care of sports-related and musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to athletes and active individuals of all ages within a collaborative, multidisciplinary orthopaedic practice. The ideal candidate has interest and experience in diagnostic and procedural musculoskeletal ultrasound, is skilled in concussion management, and is passionate about conservative treatment, injury prevention, and optimizing return-to-activity outcomes. Physicians will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports performance professionals to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Sports Medicine
- Experience or certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound
- Demonstrated experience in concussion evaluation and management
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
