About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD or DO) for a flexible PRN role to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality primary care and diagnostic services on an intermittent basis, assisting our patient population in chronic disease management and overall health promotion.

Requirements

  • Education & Training: Degree from an accredited United States Medical School (MD) or Osteopathic Medical School (DO). Must complete and pass a residency program in the United States.
  • Licensure & Certification (Required): Current license in the state or states where the physician will practice.
  • Board Certified in primary care or another related field (or Board eligible, with a commitment to obtain certification).
  • DEA is required for prescribing and dispensing.
  • Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
  • Experience & Commitment: Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
  • Strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+.
  • Intervention & Education: Assist patients in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
  • Treatment Planning: Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues.
  • Virtual Care: Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinically appropriate.
  • Compliance: Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
