Primary Care Physician Salary $245k plus Incentive Bonus
About The Position
Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in High Point, North Carolina. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. This position operates within a value-based care model focused on Medicare populations. Physicians are supported by a large interdisciplinary care team, allowing providers to focus on quality outcomes rather than high patient volume. Patient Volume: 13–16 patients per day. Visit Length: 20 minutes for follow-ups; 40 minutes for new or complex diagnostic visits. Each physician is supported by a dedicated Medical Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker. On-site labs available with phlebotomist. Access to RubiconMD for specialist consultation. EMR: Canopy and Greenway. Transportation services are available for patients within a 5-mile radius. Clinics also include community engagement programming for patients. Compensation: Base Salary: $215,000 – $245,000 Bonus: Quality-based incentive metrics Sign-On Bonus: Available Relocation Package: Available
Requirements
- Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
- Board Certification: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license required (or eligible).
- DEA: Active DEA required.
- Experience: Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
