About The Position
MHM Solutions, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of healthcare staffing solutions to state agencies within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a full time Primary Care Physician to join our team at Clarks Summit State Hospital located in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. This physician will provide treatment to individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness, dysfunctional behavior and/or a developmental disability. The physician will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of the health care and medical treatments and guiding individuals and their interdisciplinary habilitative treatment team members in formulating and implementing comprehensive individual habilitative care and treatment program plans.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
- Active, unrestricted MD/DO Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain one required
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration with prescriptive authority
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check
