Requirements

MD, with residency completion in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
5+ years of post-residency experience (Chief Resident roles, fellowships, or additional training in preventive/functional medicine highly valued).
Board-certified or eligible in specialty.
Current or eligible state medical license.

Nice To Haves
