Primary Care Physician – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

We invite applications for a full-time specialist in Adult Medicine at our Largo Medical Center. What You Can Expect: This position is listed as a 0.8FTE, which is the equivalent of 32 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
- Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care

Responsibilities
- Staff between 7 and 10 clinical sessions per week, with approximately 4 to 4 ½ working hours per clinical session
- Provide primary care for a panel of approximately 2000 patients per 10 clinical sessions, adjusted for age, gender and medical acuity
- Document visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR
- Treat patients in clinic and via video/phone
