Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana. Our mission is to provide a path of well-being for our patients through high-quality, cost-effective, and coordinated care that delivers superior outcomes and satisfaction. Why Join PCPlus? Requirements
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
- Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care
