About The Position
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in Elgin, IL. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused position serving a diverse patient population in a collaborative, high-quality medical environment.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and support staff
- Promote preventive health care and wellness education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care
