About The Position
The facility is a well-established, full-service regional medical center serving the greater Renton community and surrounding areas. It provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services supported by advanced diagnostic and treatment technology. This is a full-time, permanent outpatient opportunity focused on delivering comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients. The physician will collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Training: Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensure: Active Washington State medical license (or eligibility)
- Experience: All experience levels welcome; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care and chronic disease management
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct annual physicals, wellness visits, and health risk assessments
- Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and other common illnesses
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Educate patients on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications
