About The Position
The Jackson Medical Group is a rapidly growing, multi-specialty network of physicians and specialists serving patients in a variety of specialty care centers across Miami-Dade County. As part of the continued expansion of the Jackson Health System, the Ambulatory Services Division is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to practice at our newest South Dade location in Country Walk. Provides and maintains JHS Standards towards continuous, intensive direct medical diagnosis, consultation, and health care services to JHS outpatients. Primary Care with average daily patient volume of 18 - 20. Patient 18+ years of age Light night and weekend call requirements. Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Medicine is required.
- Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Valid Florida Medical License.
- DEA and board certification or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine are required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
