About The Position

Nemours is seeking a Primary Care Pediatrician for our Foulk Road office! At Nemours Children's Health, Foulk Road, we see patients for primary care medical needs like well-child checkups, sick-child care and immunizations, from birth until 18 years old. Our warm and friendly pediatricians are experienced and knowledgeable in an incredible range of children's medical and health issues. Requirements

MD or DO
Board eligible or certified in General Pediatrics
Eligible for unrestricted Delaware medical license and DEA

Responsibilities

Provides and coordinates primary health services for children from birth to 18 years of age and acts as patient advocate. Sees patients in nursery and inpatient depending on location.
Provide telephone consultation and triage for patients. Available for on-call rotations as needed.
Collaborate with other health care professionals in a team approach to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain medical record documentation as per policy.
Act as a liaison between families and members of the health care team. Actively participates in a team-based approach to care.
