Primary Care/Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) – Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Are you looking for a rewarding career, in a patient-focused environment, without feeling overwhelmed? As a GiaMed JV employee, you can expect: A structured environment Low patient ratios A team that consists of LVN’s and Techs to work with No On-Call 7:30-16:30 daily with a shift of 09:30-18:30 on Tuesdays Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts) Please note clinic locations vary and can be assigned at Westover Hills, BAMC,Jennifer Moreno, Schertz, and Campbullis locations This location, on Fort Sam Houston, is an outpatient Primary Care Clinic providing the highest level of care to active-duty military, veterans, and their beneficiaries. Enjoy the convenience of referring patients to Immunizations, Behavioral Health, Occupational Medicine, Optometry as well as other on-site Services: Pharmacy & refills Labs & Imaging
Requirements
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Valid Registered Nursing license from any US jurisdiction
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from an American Heart Association Program
- 1 year of outpatient clinic experience or 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience as a Registered Nurse within the last 4 years
