Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Primary Care Office Coordinator position. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clerical operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with all resident care regulations. Maintains accurate documentation and records, facilitates communication with providers, residents, team members, and families, and supports adherence to the annual budget and stewardship practices. Provides direct resident interaction as needed, fostering a high standard of care and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, medical office administration, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of three years' experience, preferably in a physician practice setting
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is preferred
