About The Position
Located in northwest Arizona, Kingman offers a mild climate with stunning Arizona sunsets! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona.
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine exams, wellness visits, and management of chronic and acute conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
- Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support population health goals.
