The Primary Care Network Marketing Manager is a strategic marketing leader responsible for driving the growth and reputation of Dayton Children’s primary care network while strengthening referral pathways into specialty services. This role develops and executes marketing plans aligned with organizational priorities, using data-driven insights to guide strategy and measure success. With a focus on referral development, the manager partners with clinical, administrative, and physician relations teams to expand provider engagement, streamline referral processes, and increase specialty volumes. The role also oversees multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital engagement, brand positioning, and community partnerships to enhance access, patient experience, and referring provider satisfaction.
