We’re currently seeking a Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is energized by patient interaction, committed to excellence, and excited to be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient
Provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of physicians and office leadership
Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate EHR records
Administer medications and injections safely and accurately, ensuring complete documentation (medication, dosage, route, lot number, and patient response)
Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical/family history
Answer patient phone calls, assist with questions, and route messages to providers efficiently
Support smooth clinic operations while maintaining professionalism and compassion
