As part of our Global Pricing team, you will lead the vision and strategy for our global pricing technology ecosystem. This role is critical in driving innovation, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure our pricing systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business needs. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and evolution of all pricing-related systems. Serve as the subject matter expert across the global pricing toolset (Vendavo, Oracle, MuleSoft integrations). Translate business strategy into system requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure alignment between technology and pricing operations. Establish and manage governance for enhancements, change control, and system updates. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to improve usability, performance, and scalability. Lead release planning cycles, coordinating with IT, vendors, and global/regional pricing teams. Serve as the first line for system issues, escalations, and request intake, ensuring timely resolution. Drive systematic updates, version upgrades, integration improvements, and new capability deployment. Define and track KPIs related to system health, enhancement delivery, and tool adoption. Maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into system performance. Own and maintain system documentation, including user guides and process flows. Support training, onboarding, and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in product ownership, system management, or pricing technology. Experience with enterprise pricing or configuration systems (Vendavo, Oracle CPQ, SAP, or similar). Proven ability to manage a product roadmap, prioritize backlogs, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Experience partnering with IT, managing vendors, and supporting integrated system landscapes. Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience in a global organization with regional stakeholders and complex workflows. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI). Understanding of pricing governance principles and discounting process workflows. Experience developing user documentation, training materials, or release communication.
