The Actuarial and Analytics team is where you can hone your problem-solving abilities, develop inspired solutions to emerging issues, and grow into a technical insurance leader within CIG. The Product & Pricing Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of all rate, rule, form, and product changes across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agriculture products. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant implementation of Rate Committee decisions and regulatory filings. The Manager will oversee a dedicated team of Business Analysts, Developers, and QA resources while partnering closely with Actuarial, Product, IT, Compliance, and QA. This position requires a strong technical background in insurance rating, underwriting rules, and forms, with the ability to interpret actuarial and product decisions and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has prior experience in actuarial, rating, product management, or insurance system implementation and is able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
