About The Position
Pricing Support Coordinator Are you detail-driven with strong math skills and a talent for organizing complex information? Do you enjoy digging into data, solving pricing puzzles, and supporting sales and customer success behind the scenes? The Pricing Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring pricing accuracy, vendor coordination, and internal support across our organization. What You’ll Do as a Pricing Support Coordinator In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to pricing strategy execution, vendor coordination, and account support.
Requirements
- Strong Excel proficiency (required)
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability and desire to work independently on a computer for extended periods
- Strong communication skills, including talking and hearing in person and by phone
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience in Electrical Supply and familiarity with Eterm/Solar is a plus
- Bonus points for experience with SQL, Access, and/or Power BI
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pricing activities and communicate product and vendor information across teams
- Handle technical pricing questions and help organize the complaint resolution process
- Maintain close communication with focus accounts using available tools to manage, implement, model, and monitor pricing
- Support growth of unassigned accounts by qualifying opportunities for account managers
- Promote E-Commerce tools and customer service solutions
- Accurately load vendor cost changes and maintain pricing integrity
- Assist with all aspects of rebates, including backups, loading strategic files, and configuring sell margins
- Learn and grow your knowledge of electrical supply distribution, vendor relations, and business development
