About The Position

Reporting directly to the Director of Purchasing, the Pricing Specialist is responsible for managing product pricing data, ensuring accuracy across systems, and supporting pricing strategy through setup, maintenance, and auditing processes. Leveraging the ERP system and advanced Excel capabilities, this position plays a critical role in supporting pricing strategy, improving processes, and ensuring alignment across sales, purchasing, and finance functions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pricing, data management, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working within an ERP system, NetSuite preferred
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and margin analysis

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, purchasing, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Set up of new items, and continual maintenance of items in the ERP system, ensuring accurate pricing, cost, and product details
• Lead pricing data uploads, updates, and system enhancements using ERP tools and advanced Excel methodologies.
• Maintain and monitor pricing structures, including contract/special pricing
• Track, calculate, and reconcile vendor rebates, incentives, and promotional allowances, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Conduct regular audits of pricing data to ensure compliance with internal policies and identify discrepancies or risks
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and finance teams to support pricing initiatives
• Assist with pricing analysis and reporting to support business decisions, and communicate findings to Purchasing Director
• Maintain documentation of pricing procedures and changes
