About The Position
The Pricing Specialist ensures accurate, timely, and compliant pricing across PPM, CFP, and/or Salesforce by executing daily audits, bi-monthly review cycles, and continuous data quality improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable working with large data sets, audit checklists, and standardized controls.
Requirements
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study
- Between 1-3 years of experience with pricing systems and/or material maintenance
- Between 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintains Data integrity and consistency by assuring that all pricing conditions are correctly loaded into VIP.
- Conduct Daily & Bi-Monthly Pricing Audits in VIP against CFP/Salesforce TPM.
- Resolving Pricing Inquiries/Discrepancies received from Account Managers/Chains with the corresponding Bottler team.
- Working with Bottlers to validate and approve promotions in VIP
- Maintain accuracy and validity of all approvals and trackers
- Brainstorm more efficient ways to streamline work processes for the department
