About The Position

Armstrong World Industries is seeking a dynamic Pricing Specialist to play a key role in supporting our field sales team. In this role, you’ll manage critical pricing activities—ranging from preparing quotes and conducting impact analyses to implementing price adjustments—ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment across the board. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate or four-year degree from an accredited college or university)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage price quotations for field sales representatives, including entering quotes into Salesforce and communicating them to both reps and external customers.
• Analyze pricing and sales data to identify opportunities for price simplification and execute improvements.
• Drive process enhancements by identifying, analyzing, implementing, and communicating improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness within the Pricing and Business Analysis team.
• Ensure compliance by executing established pricing and business policies.
