Summary: In this role, you will lead Vizient's Pricing & Modeling function, directing a high-performing team to deliver pricing excellence, scalable financial models, and strong deal governance aligned with Go-to-Market strategy. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Commercial Operations to optimize pricing strategies, enhance modeling tools and processes, and support complex deal structures. You will also drive system integrations and analytics across Experlogix (CPQ), Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Power BI, playing a key role in CRM transformation initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead the pricing and modeling function supporting Vizient's offerings, ensuring financial models align with GTM strategy and business objectives.
  • Oversee development and execution of deal models that evaluate revenue, margin, and member impact; guide adjustments that enhance overall economic value.
  • Manage and mentor team members (Member Proposal Modeling Manager and Sr. Analyst) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional growth across pricing deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Implementation, and Commercial Operations to drive pricing strategy, model validation, and deal governance.
  • Review and approve Statements of Work (SOWs) for pricing accuracy, scope alignment, and consistency with Vizient's financial and contractual standards.
  • Leverage Experlogix, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce to streamline and automate pricing configurations, approval workflows, and proposal generation.
  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, Master's degree desired.
  • 7 or more years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing analysts or managers within pricing, financial modeling, or commercial operations functions.
  • Deep expertise in pricing methodologies, margin analysis, and financial forecasting within complex, data-driven or services-based organizations.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Experlogix (CPQ), Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
  • Experience developing analytical reporting and dashboards; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Strong ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional clients.
