The Pricing Manager will own Keystones pricing strategy and execution ecosystem, ensuring competitive, profitable, and scalable pricing across a complex multi-channel environment. This role will define and maintain key pricing KPIs and metrics, oversee pricing software and tools, and lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that directly impact revenue and margin growth. With multiple sales channels, thousands of SKUs, and both stock/flow and project-based quotations, this role balances pricing strategy with the operational realities of global sourcing, overseas supply chains, tariffs, and fluctuating costs. Success requires strong executive communication and influence, deep customer segmentation analysis, and a continuous improvement mindset to optimize profitability across our entire customer base.
