About The Position

As a Pricing Insights Associate at Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), you will serve as an embedded on-site partner at a major QSR brand's corporate headquarters in Irvine, California. This role sits at the intersection of strategic pricing and day-to-day execution — connecting RMS's analytical capabilities with the client's internal teams to ensure insights are delivered accurately, on time, and in a format that drives action. You will support the flow of pricing analysis, enable efficient turnaround on ad hoc requests, and keep workstreams aligned as priorities evolve across a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Your day-to-day work spans data analysis and report generation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of pricing insights that inform real business decisions for one of the world's leading restaurant brands. You will work directly with the client's finance, marketing, and data teams on a daily basis, supporting ongoing requests and deliverables as the primary on-site RMS contact. You will also stay closely connected with the Tampa-based RMS Consulting team to ensure priorities, outputs, and timelines remain aligned. This role demands strong collaboration and responsiveness — you will be the face of RMS at the client site, and your ability to build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder teams will directly shape the quality and impact of our work.
