About the Team Workday’s Pricing Team’s objectives are to improve value capture from new and existing customers, to elevate the success of our sales force through better pricing presentation and negotiation, and to maintain pricing integrity as Workday grows market share across all industries and geographies. About the Role As a member of Workday's Pricing Team, the Director will play a key role in shaping Workday's monetization strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Pricing and working closely with Product General Managers and Strategists, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, Sales Systems, Deal Operations, Finance, and Legal, this is a highly visible role with excellent growth potential. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong pricing intuition and a pragmatic approach, able to influence partners at different levels of the organization and able to drive outcomes in a matrixed environment.
