The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the pricing system and communicating pricing to GPC customers and team members. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
Minimum of one year’s experience working in financial accounting
Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced user skills with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Communicate pricing details tailored to GPC customers’ specifications
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate pricing system across all accounts
Facilitate the setup of pricing for new products, ensuring seamless integration into existing pricing systems
Act as a liaison with Accounts Receivable and customers, proactively identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies to maintain positive customer relations
Assist with implementing annual price adjustments and updating contract files
Ensure pricing updates, promotional pricing, and customer-specific terms are communicated to all relevant stakeholders
Reconcile and initiate the payment process for agreed upon activity
