The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the pricing system and communicating pricing to GPC customers and team members. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Minimum of one year’s experience working in financial accounting
  • Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced user skills with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Communicate pricing details tailored to GPC customers’ specifications
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate pricing system across all accounts
  • Facilitate the setup of pricing for new products, ensuring seamless integration into existing pricing systems
  • Act as a liaison with Accounts Receivable and customers, proactively identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies to maintain positive customer relations
  • Assist with implementing annual price adjustments and updating contract files
  • Ensure pricing updates, promotional pricing, and customer-specific terms are communicated to all relevant stakeholders
  • Reconcile and initiate the payment process for agreed upon activity
