Requirements

Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1+ years of work experience or a credible internship experience

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and distribute price lists for assigned customers.
Ensure all product pricing is accurate and correctly reflected on the pricing lists.
Calculate, prepare, and distribute customer rebates, ensuring they meet company objectives.
Enter customer promotions in the order-to-cash system.
Update pricing models regularly.
Collaborate with customers and internal departments to resolve pricing questions or concerns, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Work with sales and finance teams to assist with basic analytical reporting, including volume, pricing, and other ad hoc sales analysis reports.
Collect and analyze customer insights on pricing.
Utilize an understanding of product costing principles to comprehend price changes.
Help communicate and maintain process controls across departments, ensuring authoritative signatures, rebate reviews according to the audit schedule, and maintenance of customer agreements.
