Pricing Coordinator Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Pricing Coordinator to join our Pilgrim’s team at the Corporate office in Greeley, CO. This position will be responsible for maintaining pricing for poultry products sold out of U.S. plants. This includes pricing support for Retail, Foodservice, bids, etc. Responsibilities may be altered as the company and business changes. Overtime may be required at times Other duties as assigned

  • Maintain and proof various types of pricing formulations in SAP
  • Troubleshoot system pricing issues
  • Run/review pricing reports contributing to the accuracy of invoice prices
  • Communicate and work with sales management to coordinate timely receipt of updated pricing documents
  • Enforce pricing procedures when necessary to ensure a high degree of pricing integrity, accurate documentation, and process consistency
  • Work closely with sales force to resolve urgent order entry price conflicts
  • Work closely with customer service representatives utilizing pricing workflow within SAP to resolve price discrepancies at the point of order entry
  • Maintain and/or proof daily markets which are the critical component of poultry pricing company wide
  • Verify and process deductions utilizing deduction workflow within SAP. This includes follow up on denied disputes for repayment
  • Process pricing disputes timely, manage denied pricing disputes to ensure items are paid or otherwise resolved
  • Responsibilities may be altered as the company and business changes.
  • Overtime may be required at times

  • Excellent communication skills required ; both oral and written
  • Ab ility to solve analytical accounting problems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Ability to work on a proactive basis in a high-paced deadline-oriented environment
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities to ensure all work is completed timely & accurately according to policies and procedures
