About The Position

The Pricing Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and management
of pricing strategies across our product lines. You will work cross-functionally
with sales, finance, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure competitive and
profitable pricing while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field or work experience equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related analytical role.
• Experience in HVAC distribution, mechanical-contracting, or building-materials distribution strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input and update pricing information in ERP, pricing software, or other systems.
• Load and maintain customer contract and matrix pricing.
• Work with Sales to address customer pricing inquiries and exceptions.
• Collaborate with purchasing teams on new pricing structures.
• Evaluate vendor pricing to secure competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
• Prepare monthly pricing expiration and ad hoc reporting for sales and management teams.
