'From Our Family to Yours' Rastelli's is looking to hire a Pricing Coordinator to join our growing team in Swedesboro, New Jersey. The Pricing Coordinator supports pricing operations within a food manufacturing environment by maintaining accurate product pricing, customer-specific price lists, and margin data. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, strategy, and profitability across all business channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, responsiveness, and teamwork drive success. Job Summary

Requirements

Associate's degree or higher preferred
3-5 years of experience in pricing, sales support, cost accounting or food manufacturing
Experience working with ERP systems, pricing databases, or spreadsheets
Understanding of wholesale pricing, margins, and cost-based pricing preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with large data sets and pricing matrices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

Maintain and update pricing for food products, including customer-specific, contract, and promotional pricing
Coordinate pricing changes related to vendor costs, freight, and market fluctuations
Verify pricing accuracy on sales orders, invoices, and customer agreements
Support Sales and Customer Service with pricing inquiries and corrections
Assist with margin analysis and cost impact reviews
Communicate pricing updates clearly to internal teams
Ensure pricing complies with company policies and approved margins
Maintain organized pricing documentation and audit-ready records
Work within ERP and pricing systems to ensure data integrity
