About The Position

The Pricing Coordinator serves as the liaison for pricing support between suppliers, sales reps, and retailer customers. This includes the submission of accurate pricing and promotion information to retail customers via forms or online. Also included is the maintenance of price files in VIP, accurate price books, monthly rebates and credit research and issuance. This position will work closely with accounting, sales, and procurement teams as well as supplier and retailer representatives. This position reports to the Pricing Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 to ­­­­­5 years of experience in beer industry with emphasis on analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and VIP or similar accounting system.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and process implementation.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous pricing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate information and price files for convenience, liquor, and small grocery chain communications.
  • Input new items into correct price files in VIP / 99 Bottles (retailer pricing portal) to ensure accurate pricing and discounting.
  • Non-Alc pricing adjustments from suppliers and discount program management.
  • Grading of sales rep submissions for monthly sales incentives.
  • Reconcile online portal depletions and prepare monthly billback files for assigned suppliers.
  • Match purchase orders to invoice transactions and process timely and accurate supplier payments.
  • Coordinate and authorize products for various retailers within VIP after confirmation with sales reps and suppliers.
  • Setup of new items in VIP, to include glassware and other miscellaneous items.
  • Generate price books for sales reps and suppliers as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
