About The Position

As the Pricing Analyst for the Aftermarket Parts business vertical, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring and updating multiple pricing strategies that differentially contribute to the profitability of NCS’s Parts business. Furthermore, you will also be expected to actively partner with the Sales and Finance teams to monitor and, if appropriate, realign existing customer discount structures to ensure that revenue generation is consistent with the company’s overall profitability goals. This position plays a critical role in analyzing SKU, Category, Channel, and Customer-level profitability, as well as in identifying actionable levers that can drive near-term profitability across the Parts portfolio. All while supporting pricing governance efforts and enabling scalable pricing processes for thousands of SKUs in a complex B2B industrial goods environment, where cross-functional collaboration across the various internal functions is key for success. Successful candidates have a very strong analytical background, are comfortable manipulating large databases, and are experienced in leveraging AI to automate pricing decisions. They also command excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing), and the ability to react and multitask in a fast-paced and ever-changing business world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 year(s) of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management or Financial Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, superior business acumen and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with experience in successfully collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Co-Pilot.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with competing priorities; able to prioritize tasks and independently manage time effectively.
  • Perform the responsibilities of the position at a satisfactory performance level.

  • Experience in B2B Aftermarket Parts (e.g., Car Wash, Automotive, HVAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct SKU-, category-, customer-, and channel-level profitability analysis to identify opportunities for margin expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead bi-annual and ad hoc price actions, as well as the creation and refinement of pricing policies, segmentation logic, and discount frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models that support rapid List Price updates, while accounting for existing discount structures and account customer-specific pricing.
  • Support new product introductions with pricing recommendations informed by cost structure, market benchmarks, and value positioning.
  • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, KPIs, and recurring performance reports to monitor adherence to pricing rules and proactively escalate risks or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Management, Product Management and IT teams to enhance pricing tools, ERP workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis requests, namely for strategic initiatives (as needed).
  • Execute and deliver analysis with clarity, speed, accuracy, and confidence.
