Job Summary The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in driving and executing Stateside Brand’s pricing strategy by evaluating wholesaler margins, analyzing our discounting process, and staying appraised of competitive market changes. The Sales Analyst will streamline processes, suggest changes, and make recommendations to sales leaders to minimize waste and optimize profit.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial analysis experience, preferably within the adult beverage industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for internal collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, particularly MS Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline the execution of incoming pricing requests to ensure timely turnaround.
  • Analyze incoming pricing requests for potential discrepancies, discounting inefficiencies and opportunities to improve margins.
  • Track, review, and improve internal promotions execution and pricing trends.
  • Own Tradeparancy systems, ensure information is up to date and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders, national accounts, and field sales teams to create real-time solutions for state and chain specific needs.
  • Monitor depletion allowances against goals and inform stakeholders to take proactive action.
  • Evaluate promotions and make recommendations to increase sales and profitability.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing issues as needed.
  • Provide additional analytic support as needed.
