Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant business analytics experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to partners at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
  • Data analytics experience and exposure to associated database applications (e.g., Snowflake, SQL and Tableau), with aptitude to write queries and build financial models
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving team objectives
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and pride in delivering accurate and high-quality results

Nice To Haves

  • Pricing and/or revenue management experience
  • Knowledge of Disney Theme Park & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings
  • Business acumen with proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed data and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of initiatives, measure key business performance metrics, and determine continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support the implementation and project management of pricing initiatives to ensure streamlined go-to-market
  • Working with complex and large data sets to develop actionable insights and support strategic recommendations for key stakeholders and leaders
  • Engage in a variety of key partnerships as part of the Pricing team to ensure alignment and long-term success across organizations
