About The Position

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to pricing, sales, market trends and service provider costs, using statistical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Alteryx). Pricing Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine pricing models and strategies based on data insights, market conditions, and customer segmentation. Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities for pricing adjustments. Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate pricing performance, trends, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the impact of pricing changes on sales, revenue, and profitability, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies. Forecasting: Develop pricing forecasts and models to predict the impact of pricing changes on sales and profitability. Training and Best Practices: Ensure pricing procedures are followed and create training materials for inhouse workshop sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar data-driven role, preferably within this Professional Services / Mobility industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Alteryx) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to derive actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
