About The Position

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy execution through accurate pricing data management, analytical reporting, and cross-functional enablement. This role partners with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure pricing tools, price lists, and guidance are maintained, issues are resolved quickly, and pricing insights are delivered on a consistent pace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, commercial analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation; Power Query is a plus).
  • Experience working with pricing systems and BI/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, or comparable platforms).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; ability to investigate issues end-to-end.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM/CPQ and quoting workflows (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ).
  • SQL and/or Python experience a plus.
  • Experience supporting recurring governance processes (monthly/quarterly pricing reviews, leadership reporting).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update pricing data within Pricing tool, including data loads, ongoing maintenance, and data quality checks.
  • Manage price list ensuring updates are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal pricing processes.
  • Set up new items to enable price guidance generation and ensure master data completeness.
  • Investigate price and data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain pricing cheat sheets and reference documentation to support consistent pricing execution.
  • Perform competitive data analysis to support pricing decisions and market positioning.
  • Deliver recurring pricing files and reporting packages on established cadences.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support leadership requests and commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain and administer Tableau subscriptions and support end users as needed.
  • Conduct Tableau analysis and validate reports/dashboards for accuracy and usability.
  • Support pricing-related projects (system setup, testing, data validation, and report validation).
  • Train new sales representatives on pricing processes, pricing tools, and how to use price guidance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
