About The Position

The PriceFX Lead provides strategic, architectural, and delivery leadership for the PriceFX pricing platform at Daikin. This role oversees platform roadmap, governance, solution design, and integration across Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems. The PriceFX Lead partners with cross-functional teams to implement scalable pricing capabilities that support commercial strategy, revenue optimization, and operational excellence. Position Responsibilities Own and maintain the PriceFX platform roadmap aligned with Daikin’s enterprise architecture and pricing strategy. Lead the architectural design, configuration, and deployment of PriceFX modules including Pricing, CPQ, Rebates, and Optimization. Define governance, architectural standards, and best practices for pricing and quoting processes. Partner with Pricing, Sales Operations, Finance, IT Applications, Integration, and Data teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Ensure high-quality integrations between PriceFX, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms, and middleware. Guide vendor management, contract review, and solution delivery oversight with PriceFX and consulting partners. Monitor platform performance, reliability, SLAs, and proactively drive continuous improvement. Lead incident resolution, RCA processes, and long-term remediation strategies. Support change management, training, documentation, and user adoption efforts. Demonstrates enterprise thinking, technical depth, collaboration, and architecture leadership across business and IT domains. Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, revenue management, quoting workflows, and commercial policy execution. Deep experience integrating PriceFX with Salesforce, SAP, ERP, and middleware platforms. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills. Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and decisionâmaking capabilities. Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern integration frameworks. Experience: 5+ years of experience in pricing technology, enterprise platforms, or solution architecture. 5+ years hands-on PriceFX implementation and configuration experience (preferred). Proven leadership in end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale pricing or quoting solutions. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. PriceFX certifications (Architect, Solution Consultant) preferred. Requirements

Expert knowledge of PriceFX architecture, data models, logic engines, and configuration patterns.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, revenue management, quoting workflows, and commercial policy execution.
