About The Position

ExtraMile Convenience Stores LLC is a joint venture owned by Chevron and Jacksons Food Stores. The ExtraMile network is currently made up of more than 1,000 convenience stores in Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. ExtraMile Convenience Stores LLC is a fast-growing franchisor, expanding store count and geography annually. We are currently seeking a Senior Price Book Admin. This position requires leadership skills to direct the Price Book team members on daily activities. The Senior Price Book Admin is meticulous and ensures pricing accuracy in company systems, as well as customer service driven to provide support for questions and concerns on pricing issues that arise.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the retailing or convenience store industry required.
  • Must be proficient with the MS Office Suite, Outlook, and analytical tools.
  • Must possess accurate and efficient typing skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and have superior attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be able to concentrate on tasks at hand and avoid distractions.
  • Must be a team player and still able to work independently.
  • Time management is also critical to meet department deadlines.
  • Prior retail and invoicing experience is extremely helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Handling Price Book Back Office System (BOS) escalated issues from the price book admins. (e.g., invoice discrepancies, retail discrepancies, grocery wholesale supplier (GWS) issues, unauthorized items/vendors, items not scanning, monthly promotions, tax issues).
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the price book admins and station personnel on corrective actions and proper procedures.
  • Collaborating with other support groups including Retail Technology Service Center (RTSC), BOS Systems Support, Tax Group, Field Operations, etc. to proactively identify process improvements, resolve outstanding issues, and support special projects or initiatives.
  • Participate in testing and creating documentation for new/updated processes.
  • Manages the Dashboard for the Pricebook helpdesk calls and tickets.
  • Updates and reports out Monthly.
  • Pulls data from our Call Queue system for helpdesk calls and Salesforce/ServiceNow for helpdesk tickets and performs validations.
  • Analyzes dashboard data to develop processes to effectively provide support, build capabilities and look for opportunities to reduce the number of Pricebook related issues.
  • Maintaining Tax Jurisdiction including tax rate changes and Item taxability.
  • Performing quality checks on all Pricebook functions including item setup, new store setup, new vendor setup, help desk tickets.
  • Review trend reports, promo issues, and service level agreements are being met.
  • Providing back-up support to the team as assigned by Supervisor (as needed).
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
