Who You Are You'll be the Price/Cost Analysis Manager What You Will Be Doing - Managing price/cost analysis on a variety of proposals (development, production and sustainment) for general material, major avionics, and subsystems - Managing analysis of supplier's projected estimated costs for reasonableness - Reviewing the significant direct cost elements of material, labor, direct/indirect rates, and special tooling - Providing evaluations of supplier proposals to the government customer by using prime proposal pricing - Developing negotiation strategies for both supplier and customer negotiations, achieving company profit objectives, and customer affordability goals - Utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and its applicability to Supplier and Customer Proposals - Utilizing Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requiring Price Cost Analysis work on all supplier proposals over the $2M threshold What’s In It For You Our employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Price/Cost Analysis familiarization/experience
  • Lead or Management experience
  • Experience Interfacing with Suppliers and/or Customers
  • Data Analytics experience
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • This position will require a government security clearance, after hire.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
  • Executive leadership engagement experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief executives and customers
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify cost risks/opportunities and drive negotiation strategy
  • Experience leading supplier fact finds and negotiations particularly for sole source efforts subject to TINA.
  • Demonstrated success improving standard work, compliance and proposal cycle time.
  • Experience leveraging, AI tools (e.g. Large Language Models, automation workflows, analytics models) to increase efficiency and reduce standard work cycle times.
