We currently have an opportunity for Preventive Maintenance Mechanic located at our manufacturing facility in Carrollton, TX. HIRING IMMEDIATELY!! GREAT PAY! GREAT BENEFITS! GREAT CAREERS! Pay: $28.67/hour Responsibilities Your Role: As a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic, you will support production by maintaining production and process support equipment and performing preventative maintenance as needed. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Understand and following LTV procedures for all equipment. Must understand the function of all production and process support equipment. Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks on equipment. Document PM Tasks and work performed. Clean and replace parts during the PM process. Identify defective and worn parts for replacement. Maintain the Process Support equipment for the Plant. Work with other Mechanics on repairs requiring more than one associate as directed by Team Leader. Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed on a daily basis Responsible for Housekeeping in your work area and the maintenance shop. Document Parts used and Request Parts needed. Perform Project tasks and other duties as requested. Work with little supervision and direction. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to do basic math.
  • Ability to speak, read and write English.
  • Ability to learn equipment functions and repairs.
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical parts and usage.

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting.
